Current Harvest Schedule:

• We currently harvest our premium grass-fed beef from June through October, and occasionally through December, ensuring each animal is processed at its peak for optimal flavor, tenderness, and nutritional value. These months align with the natural cycles of our pasture-raised cattle, guaranteeing the highest quality beef for your table.

Future Harvest Plans:

• Starting in 2026, we’re excited to announce that we’ll be harvesting beef year-round! This expansion allows us to offer even greater flexibility and availability for our customers, so you can enjoy our ranch-raised beef whenever it’s convenient for you.
